Editing User details

  1. Select the Users and Groups tab

  2. Ensure the ALL group (the whole organisation) is selected on the left
  3. Scroll down to the Users section and you will see all the users
  4. If there are too many users displayed you can filter the users by typing in the search box their name (or just part of their name).
  5. Once you have found the user click on the Edit link beside their name

  6. You can now see the users main details at the top and their email addresses below.  You can also see all the groups that are applied to specific email addresses.
  7. Then select the Contact Details tab to enter phone numbers and social media links

  8. You can also add physical and postal addresses on the Addresses tab
  9. Once all details have been entered click SAVE.
