Black Pearl's infrastructure is such that it should improve your deliverability. However anti-spam filters are for ever changing so realistically a legitimate email occasionally find themselves in junk folders. The process if this happens is as follows:
- if you are not certain, ask your administrator to check Track and Trace function in the Black Pearl Management Console to ensure email was delivered to the recipients mail server.
- Once you have established the email definitely went into your recipients spam folder for no apparent reason please fill in the False Positive Spam Investigation Form.
