Email I send is going into recipients Spam (or Junk ) folder

From time to time this does happen to everyone.  There are many possible reasons for this and the content of the email is a big factor.

Black Pearl's infrastructure is such that it should improve your deliverability. However anti-spam filters are for ever changing so realistically a legitimate email occasionally find themselves in junk folders. The process if this happens is as follows: 
  1. if you are not certain, ask your administrator to check Track and Trace function in the Black Pearl Management Console to ensure email was delivered to the recipients mail server. 
  2. Once you have established the email definitely went into your recipients spam folder for no apparent reason please fill in the False Positive Spam Investigation Form.
