At Black Pearl, we’ve changed the way email signatures work. In the past, with them being applied at device level, it has been impossible to centrally manage and control your organization’s signatures. We apply your signatures in the cloud, meaning that you can easily manage them and make changes, and have them look great too, no matter how many users in your organization.
We’ve made this possible by developing four separate but interrelated areas:
- The Templates page is where you customize the design and layout of your email signatures, add click-through links and branding - this is where you control the look and feel of your emails. You can create as many templates or ‘looks’ as you like.
- The People page is where you add the details of your users - fields need to be populated here to feed through to your email signatures.
- The Groups page is where templates and people come together - this is how you assign the look of an email to users, and also add shared group contact details if you’d like them to appear in their signatures too.
- Any signature details not filled out in a user’s personal profile or group details will be taken from the Company Information fields in Company Settings.
